CNC Router Dust Collator

Installation and use method:

Assemble the CNC dust collator according to the installation drawings: connect the suction pipe, connect to the dust hood of the spindle motor, connect to 220V or 380V power, and you can start working.

Working principle: When the dusty air enters from the entrance of the mobile bag filter, it enters each part through the diversion tube. Under the action of the diversion device, the large-particle dust falls directly into the ash hopper after separation, and the remaining dust evenly enters each in the filter bag in the filter area of the warehouse. When the dust-containing gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is adsorbed on the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged from the filter bag.
