Smooth cutting and long life
Cutting thin plates below 3mm: The nozzle aperture range is 0.8-1.5mm. Small nozzle apertures have a faster flow rate and will form a good cross-section. The slits cut out will be thinner, and the larger the aperture will be thicker and the flow rate will be higher. Slow, the corner position will not be smooth, and slag will form on the back of the sheet section.
Cutting 3mm-10mm thick plates: choose 1.5mm-3.0mm nozzle aperture. Large apertures have a larger heat dissipation area, which will make the airflow slower and more stable when cutting. If the aperture is too small, the flow rate will be faster. Insufficient airflow will cause insufficient combustion.
Cutting thick plates above 10mm: Generally, fiber laser nozzles with the aperture of 2.5-5.0mm are used. Thick plates have higher requirements for airflow, and the larger aperture is the best.
Single-layer nozzle: use nitrogen and air as auxiliary gas to cut stainless steel, aluminum, and copper plates
Double-layer nozzle: use oxygen as auxiliary gas to cut iron plate
