If you want to buy a new spindle, that can meet the need of preheating, a few steps are needed as the following:

1. Check whether the spindle body is defective or damaged.

2. After the power is turned on, the spindle will start to run from 6000 speed.

3. After ten minutes, the spindle motor will increase 3000 speed. 

4. After the speed is increased to 24000, the spindle will stop the acceleration.

5.  While using the spindle, You needs let it run for 10-15 minutes before the spindle is officially put into work.
